Ecotherapy is the art and practice of re-inhabiting ourselves as beings in a world of belonging. Many of us feel out of sorts with the world, or have an unnamable longing that no amount of work or consumerism or substance can fulfill. This is because we've fallen out of relationship with our sensual selves--our vast and enlivening ways of knowing and being in community with the earth.
