We meet to sit zazen Thursday evenings in the Maxwelton Valley from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. We also sponsor one day and overnight zen-in-nature retreats. Guiding teachers are Jack Duffy and (tba). This group is hosted by The Holding Earth Sangha, and facilitated by Laurel Vogel and Joseph Gaston. Both Laurel and Joe are long time practitioners in the Soto Zen tradition. Laurel is a student of Jack Duffy and Norman Fischer. Joe is a student of Karen DeCotis.
